Immuno Massage
Choose from a Swedish or Deep Tissue spa massage with immune-boosting add-ons. Revive your wellness from head to toe with a cooled face cradle and a special essential oil blend applied to the back and feet in a castor oil pack.
Each element delivers a powerful punch of immune-boosting benefits. Rosemary, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Lemon combined have antibiotic, antiseptic, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties. These assist your immune system in fighting colds, flu, and other health ailments. Castor oil stimulates the production of lymphocytes while softening hard, dry skin. In addition to its therapeutic effects, the hydrating heat will take you to a delightfully deepened state of relaxation.
Muscle Soothing Clay Massage
Is your back locked up with tension and inflammation? This therapeutic treatment helps soothe your muscles with:
- An Amazon clay warming back wrap to draw out inflammation and impurities.
- Followed by a full-body spa massage to release tension.
A therapeutic blend of kaolin clay (a natural anti-inflammatory) and pumice gently exfoliates and draws impurities from the skin. The clay is infused with a blend of healing essential oils to further relieve aches and pains. After the clay is removed with warm steamed towels, you’ll experience a full-body spa massage with an essential oil blend of rosemary, cinnamon, eucalyptus, katrafey bark, basil leaf, geranium, peppermint, and lavender.
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the theory that reflex points in the feet represent all areas of the body. By stimulating those points, the reflexive areas are relaxed or energized, balancing the body and mind.
This specialized therapy is primarily performed on the feet. However, it may also include the hands, ears, and face. The therapist uses their fingers, thumbs, and hands to strategically apply pressure to the reflex points. Countless research studies have shown that Reflexology supports our health, lowers stress levels, improves relaxation, and reduces pain. If you enjoy a thorough foot massage, this will feel like heaven! Or, add it to another spa massage for extra relaxation.
Pre-Natal Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular therapeutic massage — to relax tense muscles, ease tension, improve circulation, support mobility, and make you feel good. However, prenatal massage is also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.
Prenatal massage is a specialty spa massage performed by certified and licensed massage therapists. Our specialized therapists understand which areas will need extra attention during your pregnancy. We predominantly use a side-lying position and additional pillows to ensure your comfort during the massage. It is still important to communicate with your therapist. Let them know where you need attention or if certain positions are uncomfortable for you.
Massage Cupping
Massage cupping is effective for the treatment of muscular injuries, muscle tightness, or stagnant circulation. Pliable silicone suction cups are moved over the body in massage-like movements. The compressed cups are placed on the skin to create pressure, which helps to release restrictions in the muscles and fascia below. This also significantly increases blood flow, tissue mobility, and improvement in motion.
Massage cupping can be used in a range of techniques, whether for lymphatic drainage, deep tissue release, and more. We use pliable silicone cups of different sizes to create a deep suction over different areas of the body. Your therapist controls the suction level and can easily adapt to your specific concerns and preferences.

This medical massage technique may also improve the esthetic appearance of the scar over time. You must wait a minimum of 6 weeks after the surgery/injury prior to receiving this treatment. It’s most effective between 6 weeks after injuries to 2 years after. However, even much older scars and related tightness can be improved at any time, just with more sessions

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a popular body therapy used to encourage the flow of lymph fluid through the body. It eliminates waste products and supports the immune system. Lymphatic drainage massage is particularly effective for swelling, pre-surgery prep, post-surgery recovery, and detoxification.
The lymphatic system eliminates excess water, cellular waste, bacteria, viruses, and toxins from the body. It also delivers nutrients to our cells. This specialized spa massage is performed by a therapist specifically trained to use extremely light, circular pumping movements to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
