Skin care, massage, and all things health and wellness have always been Michelle’s passion. Combined with a background in customer service and management, she founded Balance Spa in 2010. Business operations provide her with the ability to do what she loves every day. As a dual-licensed local massage therapist and esthetician, she applies her experience and training toward building and growing Balance Spa. She sees to it that Balance Spa has only the best massage therapists in Boca Raton. Her and her team’s goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling happy, relaxed, and enriched by their experience.
Michelle makes an effort to stay on the edge of industry trends and discoveries in esthetician services. Over the years, she has continued to research and introduce new modalities of relaxation, stress relief, and wellness to Balance Spa. She believes ongoing education, training, and new challenges are vital for personal and professional success.

Mary has been in the Hospitality industry since 1999. She is a licensed massage therapist and lymphatic drainage therapist with years of experience in hospitality and spa management.

Susan is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. After completing her time in the service, she chose to start her second career in massage therapy.
Her specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal massage. Susan is naturally a very caring and attentive individual who truly appreciates helping others feel better.
In her spare time, she enjoys animal watching, camping, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Bo, PT, has been practicing for over 20 years in a variety of professional environments, including private practices, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hunter College/CUNY with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree, with distinction, from the New York Institute of Technology in 2009.
She specializes in blending hands-on manual therapy techniques like Myofascial Release, Joint and Spinal Mobilization and Manipulation, and Cupping. Dr. Bo uses the most cutting-edge advanced modalities like EPAT/ Radial Shockwave and Class IV Deep Tissue Laser to speed up the natural healing process, lessen pain, and improve function as quickly as possible.
